Wing/Northeast Region CAP Conference and Banquet

Massachusetts Wing Commander, Col John Flaherty, along with Northeast Region Commander, Col Jack Ozer invite you to attend the 2019 Conference and Awards Banquet on April 12 - 14, 2019 at the Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center located in Southbridge, MA. This year's Joint Conference and Banquet is an annual gathering of Civil Air Patrol members and partners. The goal of this event is to educate attendees and to build relationships throughout the region. Bring your thoughts and ideas, and be prepared to have a great weekend!

All cadet registrations must be submitted by their Squadron Commander. There will be a section on the evenbrite site which will ask for the name of the responsible senior member for each cadet. All Squadron Commanders or designee must bring copies of CAPF 60-80 (Cadet Activity Permission Slip) for all cadets attending the conference. Upon arriving at the Conference, Commanders must supply the name of the responsible senior member for each cadet. The Commander must also supply a list of cadets planning to room together upon registration.

All attendees are responsible for their own room reservations directly with the Hotel. Cadet reservations must be made by the Squadron Commander or designee. To ensure your room preferences, we strongly urge you to make your reservations as early as possible.
